To help ensure that, we’ve created this Code of Conduct. In order to join or participate in our spaces, you must first read and accept to follow the guidelines set below.

📌Our Commitment

We are committed to providing a welcoming, harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, race, ethnicity, physical appearance, body size, religion, or technology choices.

This community exists to support and uplift one another, and we expect all members to help us maintain that spirit.

✅Expected Behavior

We ask all participants to:

1. Treat everyone with respect and kindness.
2. Be considerate in your speech and actions.
3. Listen and be open to feedback.
4. Respect boundaries, both physical and emotional.
5. Ask for explicit consent before initiating any physical contact or deeply personal conversations.

🚫Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are not tolerated in our community:

1. Sexual harassment of any kind, including unwelcome sexual attention, advances, or inappropriate physical contact.
2. Offensive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or other personal characteristics.
3. Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following.
4. Disruptive behavior, trolling, or sustained disruption of conversations or events.
5. Sharing others’ personal information without consent (“doxxing”).

📣 Reporting Violations

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct:

1. Speak up if you feel safe to do so.
2. Report the incident to a community moderator, organiser, or admin.
3. Report a concern on our concerns form

We will treat every report with seriousness and discretion. Retaliation against anyone who reports an incident is strictly prohibited.

📋 Consequences

Those who violate this Code of Conduct may face consequences, including:

1. A verbal or written warning
2. Temporary suspension from community spaces
3. Permanent ban from the community

Our moderation team reserves the right to take action they deem appropriate for the safety and well-being of the community.
